Pets of the Homeless
Pets of the Homeless is a nonprofit volunteer organization that provides pet food and veterinary care to the homeless and less fortunate in local communities across the United States and Canada. Temporary and longer term homelessness is far more common during trying economic times. Pets of the Homeless understands the core need for animals to stay with their beloved owners despite these difficulties, and the healing impact these pets have on their families.
